1 ) How much is the tuition to attend your two day workshop?

Tuition for our two-day grant writing workshop is $598 per person. We also provide a $50 early sign up discount for those registering prior to two weeks before the start of a given workshop.

Tuition for our three-day grant writing workshop is $698 per person. We also provide a $50 early sign up discount for those registering prior to two weeks before the start of a given workshop

3 ) What do you cover during the grant writing workshop?

Our grant writing workshop is designed to teach the basics of grant writing for industry professionals. It provides a comprehensive overview of effective grant development techniques that include the following:

  1. Develop a win-win relationship with the right grant makers
  2. Create workable and fundable ideas
  3. Analyze proposal guidelines and structure
  4. Plan and prepare an effective project summary, outline and proposal
  5. Revise proposal to enhance style, substance and appearance
  6. Optimize impact of proposal

4 ) Who should attend your workshop?

The workshop is designed for government, academic, research, health and non-profit professionals new to the grant writing world as well for professionals looking to expand their grant writing knowledge.

5 ) How do I register for your workshop?

There are three easy ways to register for our workshop.

6 ) What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your registration less than 10 business days prior to the workshop, there is a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel your registration less than 5 business days prior to the workshop, there is a $250 cancellation fee. If you cancel your registration less than 3 business days prior to the workshop, there is a $350 cancellation fee. However, if you choose to transfer your registration to a future course there will be no cancellation fee applied. In case of natural disaster, national emergency or other uncontrollable act of god, ISFD, reserves the right to cancel and/or postpone the schedule workshop. We are not responsible for uncontrollable natural disasters. ISFD will make every reasonable attempt to ensure that all pre-paid clients are notified of any changes as soon as possible. ISFD is not responsible for any clients expenses incurred due to event cancellation or changes. If participants cannot attend the rescheduled date, the registration fee can be utilized for any future workshop training of ours.

Force Majeure: If a workshop is canceled due to reasons of Act of God or nature, war, riot, strike, or labor dispute, the cancellation policy will not apply and the fee will transfer to the rescheduled workshop. If participants cannot attend the rescheduled date, the registration fee can be utilized for any Institute for Strategic Funding Development workshop during a period of exactly one (1) year from the date of the original workshop.

7 ) What type of payment method do we accept?

We accept credit card payment via Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Additionally, you may pay via checks, money orders and purchase orders.

8 ) Who teaches your workshops?

We have several instructors who teach our workshops. Each of them has 10+ years experience in teaching grant writing proposals and fundraising techniques. They have been carefully vetted by our team to provide an optimal learning experience for our clients.
